We are able to create flavored dosage forms that can make providing your pets' medications a fun, tasty experience! One of our favorite flavors is our “Triple Fish” for feline medications. Some additional requests our patients are seen “begging” for include beef, chicken, and liver flavored suspensions. We are able to create these medications in a custom strength to meet the dosage needs determined by your pet's veterinarian. In addition, we can provide compounded forms of traditional pharmaceuticals that are unavailable from the manufacturer, or available in only certain dosage forms or strengths.

Some of our most common preparations include products for seizures, cancer therapy, and parasitic infections. We also frequently dispense products for eye infections, thyroid disorders, motion sickness, and anxiety. Difficult to treat conditions such as urinary incontinence and diabetes often may also improve with compounded therapies.

Pet medications can be made into a flavored liquid, capsule, or a transdermal gel. Transdermal gels provide an effective means of providing medications to pets that refuse or do not tolerate traditional oral treatments. In particular, transdermal gels are an excellent means of providing needed medications to cats, which are notorious for fighting medication time ... some have even been known to spit pills out behind their owners back! The vascular ear of the animal quickly and easily absorbs transdermal medication without stressing out your furry friend with oral dosing.
