Rachel Burns, PharmD

Highlands Ranch Pharmacy Manager

Rachel received her PharmD from The University of Iowa College of Pharmacy in 2004. She initially studied pharmacy in hopes of learning more about the way medicines work in the human body and to help people feel better. Since graduation, Rachel finds that she likes interacting with patients and using her education to help solve problems. Compounding serves as a perfect fit for her passion, as it enables her to formulate many of the prescriptions she fills on a regular basis. In her free time, Rachel enjoys skiing, reading, and golfing. She loves spending time with her husband and two children.

Jay Khatri, PharmD

Littleton Pharmacy Manager

Jay completed his undergraduate studies in India, graduating in 1986 with a B.S. in Pharmacy from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. In 1988 Jay left India for the United States to pursue his doctorate degree at the University of South Carolina, College of Pharmacy in Columbia, South Carolina. In 1994 Jay graduated with a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of South Carolina. In 1997 Jay began an internship locally at a large, chain pharmacy, where he stayed for almost 10 years before joining the team at ClearSpring Pharmacy. Jay genuinely enjoys the level of service he is able to offer his customers by working at an independent, community pharmacy. On a more personal note, Jay enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children.

Marty Jasion, RPh

Wheat Ridge Pharmacy Manager

Marty graduated from Rutgers College of Pharmacy, New Brunswick, NJ in 1976. Marty has an entrepreneurial spirit and a true passion for helping people. Having always been a proponent for independent community pharmacy, Marty has actively involved himself in many endeavors including serving as a National Advertising Advisor for Good Neighbor Pharmacy, being a licensed preceptor, and teaching pharmacy interns his passion for and experience in the independent pharmacy profession. Marty also spent several years as a writer and co-host for a weekly pharmacy talk radio show and a producer, writer and co-host of a weekly pharmacy TV Show. On a more personal note, Marty enjoys a professional music career, playing the saxophone. He also enjoys photography/video production, and getting into the mountains for some fly fishing.

Johanna Geiger, RPh

Johanna graduated from the University of Colorado with her BS in 1988. She has worked in independent pharmacy for her entire career, and loves her job! Johanna is passionate about helping people, and loves her customers!

Evan Slater, RPh

Evan has been a licensed pharmacist in Colorado since graduating from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy in 2003. He chose pharmacy as a career path because of his interest in health care, the opportunity to interact with patients, and the constant challenge of learning new things every day. Evan joined ClearSpring Pharmacy in May, 2010. He enjoys everything Iowa Hawkeyes, attending Colorado Rockies games, and skiing.  Evan lives in Denver with his wife (Lisa), son (Owen), and golden doodle (Lucy).
