- All orders placed on clearspringrx.com will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt via USPS Postal Service, unless otherwise specified at the time of order. No online orders will be mailed on any particular day past 1:00 pm MST.
Shipping costs of all items will be calculated at the time of purchase. ClearSpring Pharmacy reserves the right to determine and adjust the cost of shipping or shipping rates applied to website purchases at any time. ClearSpring Pharmacy may calculate the rate of shipping based on package size, package weight, and total purchase price. ClearSpring Pharmacy may also charge shipping as a flat-rate price, as necessary. The price of shipping will be clearly displayed prior to entering in payment information to process and complete one's order. Any changes in shipping or delivery price or policy due to error in part of postage calculation after one's final payment and order confirmation, must be verbally discussed and confirmed via phone, prior to adjusting charges on the purchaser's final payment.
Compounded prescriptions sent via Standard Mail or GroundUPS will not be charged a shipping or handling fee. Additional OTC items, or purchases made over the internet for any items not considered compounded medications will be charge a shipping fee according to the weight of additionally shipped items.- Delivery option is only valid for areas within Delivery charges are $5.00 within 5 miles from the pharmacy and $12.00 for all deliveries between 6-15 miles. Anything over 15 miles from the pharmacy location will be sent via Mail or UPS only. Any delivery or shipping charges will be applied to your credit card along with the cost of the prescription at the time of puchase. All returns, exchanges, or refunds of purchases made on ClearSpring Pharmacy's website, MUST be processed through the Highlands Ranch store location. Prior to initiating any return, refund, or exchange of a product ordered online, please contact a customer service representative at our Highlands Ranch location at 303-707-1500.
All returns of goods purchased on our website must be completed within (30) days of the original purchase date. Returns may only be made on unopened and unused items. All returns meeting these conditions will be refuned for the full amount of purchase, including any tax or shipping fees associated with the purchase. All returns/refunds/exchanges MUST be accompanied by a receipt. All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to employee discression and may be denied at any time.
Products damaged during shipping may be returned, exchanged, or refunded for the purchase price, plus tax and/or shipping fees, as long as contact is made with a ClearSpring Pharmacy customer service representative at our Highlands Ranch location, within 48 hours of receiving damaged merchandise.
Upon contacting a customer service representative, you will be advised as to the manner in which your return/refund/exchange will be handled. The manner of handling returns/refunds/exchanges is up to the sole discression of ClearSpring Pharmacy customer service representatives. Handling can include, but is not limited to:
- Shipping the product back to ClearSpring Pharmacy's Highlands Ranch location at your own expense.
- Shipping the product back to ClearSpring Pharmacy's Highlands Ranch location at ClearSpring's expense.
- Personally dropping off returns/refunds/exchanges to a ClearSpring Pharmacy location near you.
